  I personally like the place. It's cheap for the space you get and washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave in unit. Water(hot), tv, internet included.
  It's not much to look at but I regularly host friends without much issue. The lack of a designated mail room can make deliveries challenging at times. No exhaust fans in the bathroom is weird because it has a vent, but no switch to make it work. I've had one or two small problems but the landlords were on it within a day each time.
  Best feature is a heating/AC unit in each room with its own thermostat. Has really cut down on heating and cooling.
  Worst feature is no door buzzer system in a building this size, so friends have to call or text and you have to go let them in.
